1. Acceptance

By purchasing from Kencan Tabletop, you agree to these terms. We sell premium physical board games and related accessories.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). We reserve the right to modify prices based on publisher costs. We strive for accurate stock representation, but in the event of an inventory error, we will issue a full immediate refund.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it enters our fulfillment queue. Cancellations are only possible before dispatch.

4. Limitation of Liability

Kencan Tabletop is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Christchurch courts.
